Can you do a one-legged stand for 10 seconds?

You may have better survival chances in the next ten years if you can do a one-legged stand for 10 seconds.

A recently published study in the British Journal of Sports Medicine reported that middle-aged and older individuals, in CLINIMEX Exercise open cohort, who can successfully do the one-legged stand for 10 seconds have a better survival probability from all causes at an average of the following seven years.
