Personalized management for the patient at risk for Alzheimer’s dementia is effective.

One hundred seventy-four patients with subjective cognitive decline and mild cognitive impairment were assigned individually tailored interventions including education/ pharmacologic/ nonpharmacologic for eighteen months. The results were shown by the improved cognition and reduced Alzheimer’s disease/cardiovascular risk scores
